1. Polish the nail with OPI’s The “It” Color.
2. Apply a coat of sheer sparkly polish.
3. Using a striper brush with black water-based acrylic paint, start outlining a variety of flower stems.
4. Using a small detail brush, start adding flowers (a mix of open and closed blooms) on top of the stems.
5. Add a stripe of black paint to create a subtle French at the tip. Apply top coat.
