Nails by Tracy Waterman of Perfect 10 Nail Salon in Merrimack, N.H.

		Base the nail with light blue gel polish. Cure for three minutes.
		Add a sheer layer of horizontal rainbow colors. Do not cure.
		Blend colors with a small detailed brush and cure for three minutes.
		Add black gel and rhinestones at the tip. Cure for three minutes and seal with clear gel.
