Nails by Laura Sloggatt, Levittown, N.Y.

		Paint free edge at an angle. Flash cure one minute.
		Paint remainder of the nail with second color. Wipe away any color overlapping the first color. Cure for three minutes.
		Paint over nail with clear gel. Place confetti glitter. Cure 30 seconds. Use one more coat of clear gel to encase glitters. Cure for 30 seconds. Seal and cure for two to three minutes.
