   First paint the nail with a cream green color, then a shimmery one.
   Add blotches in purple, yellow, orange, blue, and green to one nail at a time.
   While the polish is still wet, use a striper brush and with an S-shaped motion draw the brush through the polish, creating the design.
   Apply two iridescent sequins. Add gold embellishments of various sizes — stacking the larger ones on top of the sequins.
