   Apply white acrylic to outer edges of nail to create the ghost shape.
   Apply glitter acrylic to the rest of the nail.
   Cover the nail with clear acrylic to create an arch. File the nail and coat it with a gel seal to protect the nail.
   Use black acrylic to make the mouth and eyes. Write “BOO” in black acrylic paint before covering the nail with a clear top coat. Finish by pressing google eyes into the wet top coat.
