Polish nails using a periwinkle color and a semi-transparent blue.
Use white paint to paint in the base of the flowers. This neutralizes the polish color.
Paint the flowers yellow and orange. Paint the leaves and stems green.
Outline the flower center and petals in burnt sienna and the green in a deeper green. Using a stylus, dot the centers with a metallic blue. Brush on a top coat — first with a thin coat, then with a thick coat.
