   Polish the nail light green.
   Use semi-dry beads of white acrylic to shape a shamrock, leprechaun hat, and coin on a nail form. Before each dries completely, drill a hole in each one.
   Drill a hole in the nail tip and place a gold hoop in it.
   Paint each charm and cover each with a top coat. Cut a small craft chain into three different lengths and apply a charm and hoop to the end of each one. Attach all three chains to the hoop in the nail.
