Nails by Elaine Watson, Star Nail, Valencia, Calif.
Premix colored acrylic powder to your desired shade of pink. Place an acrylic ball on the nail and lightly brush sideways in an upward stroke. Place a white acrylic ball on the nail, and mix it in to create a marble effect. Repeat until the nail is fully built.
Using Cina Nail Jewelry’s “Daisy Rhinestone” product, pick up a decal with tweezers. Place the decal on the side of the nail. Continue placing decals.
Add final decals across the nail, then add rhinestones on top. Seal with clear acrylic.
