Paint the nail with a neutral polish that contains glitter.
Extend the French look closer to the bottom with a shimmery purple.
At the seam of the purple polish, paint 3/4 of the flower in a deeper shade of purple.
Apply glitter over the purple flower and a rhinestone in the center. Apply small silver balls across the seam and around the gem. Finish with gel sealer.
