Sculpt a layer of clear acrylic, covering the entire surface, onto the form or tip. While the acrylic is still setting up, push a dotting tool (or other shaped implement) into the surface where you want your polka dots.
After the acrylic has set, place small beads of color acrylic into the indentations. A wetter consistency ensures you’ll have no voids or air bubbles.
   Shape and finish as desired.
