		Polish the nail silver.
		Using paint or polish, add a black border at the top and bottom.
		Using a detail brush, add green leaves. Using a dotter tool, add white dots. Using a striper brush, add white lines.
		Swirl together red and white paint on the nail to form two flowers. Add rhinestone accents, and apply top coat.
