		Polish the nail sparkly off-white. Create a diagonal French design with sparkly dark blue polish.
		Add glitter on the line between the two colors.
		Use white acrylic paint to draw several snowflakes on the nail. Add three rhinestones. Seal with top coat. (Optional) Using white acrylic paint on a foil, create a 3-D snowflake, then apply it to the nail with clear acrylic. Apply top coat.
