A 3-D rose livens up this nail look by Raquel Pimentel, Hesperia, Calif.
1. Polish the nail frosty white.
2. Add white flakes diagonally along a side of the nail.
3. Add round silver glitter parallel to the white flakes, plus add some glitter on top of the flakes.
4. Apply a peach 3-D rose (or other 3-D art of the client’s choice) onto the flake-glitter part of the nail. Apply top coat.
