Apply CND Shellac UV Base Coat. Cure. Apply CND Shellac in Romantique. Cure. Apply CND Shellac in Cream Puff (or use polish) in a V-shape to the free edge to create a chevron French. If you used Shellac, cure.  Apply Shellac UV Top Coat. Cure. Remove the inhibition layer.

  

Use a dotting tool and silver acrylic paint or polish to make a dot at the point of the V. Line the entire V with dots.

  

Apply a light blue metallic dot or a rhinestone on top of the center dot. After the paint dries, apply top coat.
