Use Orly Instant Artist nail art polish in Fiery Red, Sky Blue, True Blue, and Crisp White to draw and outline three squares and rectangles.
Use the same polishes from step 2 to add dots, ribbons, and bows to make the squares and rectangles into gift boxes.
Make two white snowflakes on the unpolished portion of the nail. Use a dotter to add a red dot in each center.
