April Frye shows how to handpaint a cupcake, complete with a cherry on top, onto a nail.

		Polish the nail bright pink.
		Use French white polish to make a horizontal oval in the center of the nail. Add a partial oval of pink glitter to look like sprinkles.
		Use a purple striper to create the wrapper. Accent with purple glitter.
		Use a black striper to outline the wrapper. Add a red rhinestone "cherry" on top.
