Apply Nubar Clear Builder Gel. Add a sprinkle of glitter. Create a rippled texture by patting the gel, then placing it in a UV lamp before it self-levels. Cure.
Apply another layer of Nubar Clear Builder Gel. Apply color squares and white holographic circles in rows, alternating between squares and circles. Cure.
Apply another layer of Nubar Clear Builder Gel. Place clear rhinestones inside the circles. Cure.
