Tiffany Ector uses a dotter to create this multi-colored design.
Polish half of the nail vertically in pastel green. Polish the other half mostly blue, with a square of gray. Use a yellow striper to outline the blue section.
Use a dotter to add yellow, aqua, and purple dots on top of each other in the blue section. Use the dotter to drag a line through the center of the dots. In the gray section, use a dotter and purple acrylic paint to create five dots. Add yellow dots inside the purple dots. Add small purple dots inside the yellow dots. In the pastel green section, use a striper and purple acrylic paint to create a wavy vertical line. Paint a straight aqua line to the right.
Use a dotter to add aqua dots on top of the pastel green.
