Polish the nail gray.
Use orange paint to make two circles, one large and one small on different sides of the nail. Paint three intersecting lines in each circle, making them look like pinwheels.
Use white paint to create a circle that overlaps the large orange one. Add three lines inside that circle to make a pinwheel.
