Use a sponge to apply baby blue polish to the nail, tapping and moving slightly back and forth to produce a fading effect.

  

Make a thin white line straight across the nail. Add a perpendicular white line. Add two white lines at 45 degrees.

  

Add small lines and dots symmetrically around the central lines.
