Polish the nail red. Use a white striper to create one large heart outline on the bottom of the nail and a small heart outline toward the middle. Fill in with silver glitter.
Use a black striper to draw a curvy line connecting the two hearts. Add some black flourishes.
Add a clear rhinestone on top of each heart.
