Apply white acrylic to the free edge, creating a French. Fill in the rest with pink glitter acrylic.
Use a striper brush and acrylic craft paint to paint vertical lines of all the colors of the rainbow on the free edge. Use a striper brush and gold paint to draw a smile line. Polish clear glitter over the rainbow.
Use a dotter tool and green acrylic paint to draw a four-leaf clover on top of the pink. Use a dotter tool to add dark green, medium green, and white dots in rows.
