Kenneth Vu uses acrylic and glitter to create this floral design.

		Use a small brush and white acrylic to create two flower petals.
		Add two more petals. Add a smaller flower at the free edge. Fill in the center of the larger flower with Omega Labs Dazzling Nail Glitter.
		Apply a layer of clear acrylic to encase the design.
