Jeanna Burtner created this red, white, and blue French twist nail art design.
Apply Young Nails ManiQ in Blue 101 to the free edge, creating a French. Cure.
Use Red Angel polish stamp #112 and white polish to add flowers on top of the blue.
Use a striping brush to feather two diagonal white stripes and two diagonal red stripes.
Add two red dots and one white dot at the starting point of the stripes.
Apply glitter polish over just the stripes.
