The deadline to enter the 2013 STARS Photo Competition is January 25. For 2013, Cosmetologists Chicago has revamped and re-energized this popular contest that demonstrates the creativity, talent, technical expertise, and competitive spirit of the hundreds who choose to enter and display a glimpse of their work. For the International Nail Technician of the Year category, photos will be judged on creativity and technical merit in natural or nail enhancement work. Entrants must present two images showcasing the model’s full hand.
Winners will be announced at America’s Beauty Show, March 9-11, 2013 at McCormick Place in downtown Chicago. Winners will receive cash prizes, media recognition, and complimentary accommodations in downtown Chicago.
