Nail Art at the Fashion Shows

Bold, usual-colored, and intricately-designed nails were popular backstage this season, Allure reports.

A Dior model wore a reverse French manicure with the Dior Red Dahlia lacquer. Chanel's new gray-taupe polish, Particuliere, comes out in January. On an Alexander McQueen model are super-long Minx extensions that matched her clothing. Carolina Herrera showcased a magenta polish created by applying dusty red polish over black. Allure's comment on a Prada model's long, clear toenail tips: "least likely to spark a trend."
