Neon Nails on the Runway

Debroah Lippman used a hot melon shade on the nails of a Zac Posen model, while a white base coat under yellow polish brought out the fluorescence color on a Rag & Bone model, as reported in Elle's March issue.

"Lippmann lightly buffed nails and chose an 'extra glossy' topcoat for more reflection," the magazine adds.
