American International Industries (AII) has acquired China Glaze, Winning Nails, Waterworks, Strata Polished Nail, and Gypsy Lash brands from Worldwide Cosmetics.
“We are excited to be a strong competitor in the nail care polish category with the addition of these fashionable brands. They round out our extensive nail and lash product lines, enhancing them and making them stronger,” says Zvi Ryzman, president of AII. Other AII brands include EZ Flow, ibd, and Supernail.
