Tips from Nail Artist Tom Bachik

Elle catches up with Chanel’s official celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik about his background, secret weapon, quick fix tips, and nail kit necessities. To fix a bad polish application, Bachik offers this advice: “Dip the pad of your index finger in polish remover and gently rub the smudge in small circles to smooth it out. Finish with a new layer of top coat.” He lists CND’s Solar Oil as one of his must-haves and recommends applying it nightly to help keep nails and cuticles moisturized.
