The first big show of the year, the International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE), kicked off in Long Beach, Calif., January 26-28, 2008. The show, hosted by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), is the West Coast’s biggest show. More than 30,000 attendees visited booths from more than 465 exhibitors.
Attendees who battled the rare California downpour got to watch demos, take part in hands-on training, and attend educational classes, as well as purchase products at special show rates.
