It’s So Easy’s F.R.O. (For Rhinestones Only) is specially formulated with more adhesion to hold rhinestones in place on nails. Apply a base coat of F.R.O. and use the PICKerr UPerr to place rhinestones on the nail. Then apply a second coat of F.R.O. to make sure rhinestones stay on until you want to remove them.
