Founder Shannon Neilsen has been a nail tech for more than 25 years and was inspired to create her skin-friendly line after contracting contact dermatitis 10 years ago.

Angel Love brings a gel line that has a primer that is 80% organic, and a base gel that is 95% organic. The gels are odorless and actually promote healthy nail growth, says the company.

An interesting component to the Angel Love product line is its colors come in powdered pigments that are mixed into the clear builder gels. This gives the tech the ability to custom-blend to match any pigment she or the client desires.

The pigment is selected and mixed into the clear gel on a piece of tile.

The color is then picked up with a brush from the tile and applied over the nail and cured.
