Gloria “the Footnanny” Williams is known for being the personal pedicurist to Oprah. Her 30-year nail career was inspired by the need to care for others and by watching her parents take care of their feet “the old-fashioned way.” “My parents taught me that when your feet feel great, you feel happy,” which is why Williams began focusing on pedicures. 2. Perform pedicure.
