Izen Shakes It Up

The Shaker by Izen is a mechanical gel-polish bottle shaker new to the market. On display at OPI’s Cosmoprof booth this year, The Shaker garnered plenty of attention and has been officially endorsed by OPI for both lacquer and GelColor .

The device aims to prepare a bubble-free gel-polish bottle, according to the manufacturer, by rotating it at over 500 RPM in up-and-down and side-to-side movements. Nail techs can place one bottle at a time in the zinc die-casted machine, push a button, and watch the shaking in action for an automatic 60-second cycle. The Shaker boasts both an ergonomic design and a surprisingly quiet operation. Additionally, its stable build prevents it from shaking off surfaces.

Priced at $59.95, it’s compatible with any polish bottle shape or type — gel or traditional — and works with both 110 and 220 voltage for international use.
