By inverting the colors of the gels across the fingers, Hanzlik breaks the monotone appearance to help each nail stand out and contribute to the overall look.

1. Draw three straight lines of the color gel straight across the nails. Vary the order of the colors for the different fingers.

2. Use a sharp-tipped object like a dental pick and drag the three colors in an up and down motion to get the zigzagged look. Cure the nails for 30 seconds in a UV lamp.

3. When all fingers are cured, put a fine silver glitter gel beneath the color of each nail, and again with a sharp object drag the silver up and down the nail over the color gel. Cure for two minutes.

4. File for shape and strength. And use the Konad nail polish design stamps to add text and illustrations. After the design is dry, apply top coat.
