WHAT IT IS: Like a tall, cold glass of fresh-squeezed lemonade for feet, the Lemon Drop Pedicure is good and good for you. Every product is specially chosen to fit the theme and offer a benefit to the client. Salon owner Veremis plays chef at the pedicure station and mixes products together to create a unique experience for the clients. With the addition of fresh produce, a glass of lemon-infused water, and aromatherapy, this pedicure stimulates all the senses.
The pedicure makes use of these products: • One Minute Manicure Oxygen Pops • Essie Smoothie Lotion in Lemon & Guava • Estelina’s Essential Oil Therapy in Lemon Spice • Head to Toe Total Body Sugar Buff • fresh lemon slices
Oxygen Pops, used both in the water and as part of a scrub, create a cooling effervescent effect. Fresh lemon helps to tone the skin and exfoliate dead skin cells. Estelina’s Oil is used in the massage as well as to scent hot towels used in the pedicure. Finally, Essie’s Smoothie Lotion offers a nice texture during the massage and makes a nice retail item.
STEPS:
• Add a few scoops of Oxygen Pops to the pedicure water. Drop in a few slices of fresh lemon. Allow feet to soak.
• Perform the basic pedicure steps. Clip and shape the nails, reduce the cuticle and callus, push back the cuticle.
• Mix one scoop of Oxygen Pops with a dollop of Head to Toe Total Body Sugar Buff. Massage mixture into the foot and calf. Repeat on other leg.
• Rinse scrub off, using lemon slices to help.
• Massage legs and feet with Essie Smoothie Lotion.
• Wrap both feet in a hot towel scented with Estelina’s Oil.
• Finish with another light massage using Estelina’s Oil.
