Using color gels and glitter, Boyko uses an elegant touch and taste for asymmetry to create this interesting design. The design is best made with thinner viscosity gel paint products and a design art brush. Here’s how she does it.

1. Prep the nails and push back cuticles. Remove the shine and oils and apply dehydrator and primer bonder.  Apply your colors in a swiping technique. The colors used here are purple, coral, red, and silver glitter.

2. It’s your choice whether to cure each color individually or apply all colors and then cure. Just make sure that all the colors are basically joined at one section to make the swooping effect.

3. Once the colors are cured apply silver glitter gel between the colors to separate them, and cure this as well.

4. Apply a layer of clear gel to encase the design and cure. Add top coat and you’re done.
