If you find your Tweezerman tweezers, nippers, or scissors getting dull, there’s an easy fix — just ship the implements to the Tweezerman facility, where they’ll be sharpened and shipped back for free. Before shipping the implements, clean them according to directions on the product page for that tool and package them in an insured padded mailer. Tweezerman will supply packaging for the return. If an implement cannot be sharpened, nail techs can choose between having it returned or receiving a coupon to purchase a new implement at 50% off. The sharpening policy does not apply to products that have been misused or modified or that have been repaired by anyone other than the Tweezerman Service Center.
