Produced by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), The International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE) Long Beach is more than just a traditional “hair” show. ISSE has evolved to include a diverse exhibitor base, including hair, nails, cosmetics, esthetics, wellness, massage, and more.

Cosmetology students should attend ISSE to learn about future opportunities and to keep up with current industry products and trends via the show’s creative presentations, competitions, and runway events held on two large stages and throughout the expo floor. Students can also create their own schedules of professional education with a varied lineup of student and early professional classes, such as How to be Successful in the Salon Industry after Cosmetology School, Incredible Salon Success, Salon Social Networking REVAMP, Massage for Manicurists, and Graduation: Now What? There are also nail demos by Gelish, Orly, Artistic, and LeChat, among others.

Additionally, all ISSE attendees are invited to meet the three NAILS Next Top Nail Artist finalists at the NAILS Magazine booth on Sunday January 27th. Stop by and vote for your favorite, then party afterward with NAILS Magazine editors, our sponsors, and some of our top 12 contestants at a private cocktail reception to announce the winner (cocktail reception tickets can be purchased here).

ISSE Long Beach will be held January 25-27 at the Long Beach Convention Center and is open to licensed salon/spa professionals, cosmetology students, and instructors only. To maintain a professional atmosphere, attendees must present proof of license and a valid photo ID. For additional information on ISSE Long Beach and to purchase tickets, visit probeauty.org/isselb.
