Rocky Horror Halloween: Who Won and Who’s Packing Up Their Paintbrushes

NAILS editor Erika Kotite said, “Once again Celina has demonstrated tremendous imagination with her Rocky Horror nails. The nails had enough unifying elements to stay cohesive; they were almost like a set design for the movie. The heart with hollow arteries-brilliant.”
