Competition was fierce and abundant at the 6th Global Nail Cup held in Seoul, Korea, and nerves were high as the winners of each competition and division were announced. Adding to each competitor's anxiousness to hear the names of the winners, Global Nail Cup creator and ONS president Trang Nguyen decided to hold off on announcing the first place winners of each category and saving them until the end.

The international guest judges presented awards and tropies to the winners. The Grand Champion of the Student Division won ₩500,000 (roughly $550 USD), the Division I Grand Champion won ₩1,000,000 (roughly $900 USD), and the Division II Grand Champion was given ₩3,000,000 (roughly $2,700 USD). The top three winners from each category received a trophy, including individual trophies for group competitions, and the fourth and fifth place winners were given crystal plaques and ONS products.
