I chose to use the subject of marriage equality as my inspiration because it’s very important to me. I had the honor of being the witness at the wedding of my best friends Wes and Anthony Phoenix in March of 2012. We flew to Iowa because Oregon has yet to implement marriage equality laws. I feel strongly that no one is equal until everyone is."
