CND education ambassador Vanessa McCullough created a Ziggy Stardust-inspired nail design for Billy Porter at last night's Critic's Choice Awards. McCullough used CND Shellac Cream Puff to create the base then dusted the nails with neon pigment powder. She topped the nails off with CND Shellac DuraForce Top Coat and added in fragments of mirrored glass.
