1. Apply base coat.
2. Apply pink color.
3. Apply gel colors (light blue, light green) with a brush vertically.
4. Using a thin art brush, apply blue, pink, light blue, and light green gel colors randomly.
5. Attach small silver studs, and apply top coat.
