1. Apply a layer of IBD Plumeria gel. Cure for three minutes.
2. Use sparkly silver striping paint to create the outline of six hearts.
3. Apply IBD Seduction in the center of the hearts. Flash cure. Apply gel finish top coat. Cure for three minutes.
