Using an electric file, make a slit at the top and bottom of the punched-out hole. Cut wire and place a butterfly bead onto it. Place the wire, and apply gel on either side to hold the wire in place. Cure, then wipe (make sure the bead spins). Add Cina flower decals around the punched-out hole. Apply top coat.
