1. Polish the nail silver.
2. Marbelize black and white polishes on top of the silver.
3. On a form, use white acrylic to make a 3-D ghost. Use black acrylic to create the eyes and mouth. Let dry, then attach to the nail with a drop of glue. Apply top coat.
