Use a fine, long-bristled brush to apply a line between the red and white, flicking the brush occasionally to create thorns. Also apply the line in between the checkered pattern and the edge of the nail, so the nail gives the impression of resembling the folds in the fabric of Harley Quinn’s evening dress.
