1. Polish the nail mint green.
2. Use the side of the polish brush to add a purple flower and a pink flower. Accent the petals with glitter. Use a striper brush to add a white line in the center of each flower. Use a dotter tool to add white dots.
3. Use a striper brush to add four curved blue lines. Apply top coat.
