1. Polish the nail at a slant with blue polish.
2. Use a striper brush and red polish to add four lines, starting at the bottom of the slant arching up.
3. Add white swooping lines, leaving a space between the lines. Add four white dots. Add silver glitter between the spaces in the white lines. Apply top coat.
